How to Follow Blogs and Other Web Sites

People who use the Web frequently often have favorite sites, and are interested in know when new material is added to those sites. This is especially true for blogs and news sites. You can, of course, save the URLs in your browser's Favorites or Bookmarks space, or you can use a social bookmarking tool like del.icio.us or Furl. However, if you want to check a number of sites regularly, you need what are called aggregators and Web feeds, or syndication.

Google Reader is good and popular but my current favorite, and very popular, aggregator is Bloglines and I stongly recommend it.
